I'd like to say I've got a good excuse for my absence from blogworld but in reality all I've been doing is wasting all my time on Skyrim and Saints Row 3. However, i did get a couple of good weekend days free to do some painting, the fruits of which you see below.
Assembled and finished my first Ironblaster. I've also started work on the final 3 models for my maneater unit but those are in various stages of completion and will remain offline until they're finished.
Additionally it seems that this year i found a good reason to support Valentines day as you cant really argue with the gift of a box of Mournfang Cavalry and a Firebelly waiting for you in your work bag before you head off in the morning. She's learning well ;)
Pretty chuffed with the horns and the verdigris around the canon on this model. Hopefully I'll be able to remember what I did for it when i come around to buying my second IB when we get up to higher points games.
In other news, it would appear my partner is jogging on up t'north the weekend of 17th March and so Ross and Marc are heading over for a weekend of assorted fun time lols. I have already asked Rion and am happy to extend the invite to you guys too but if anyone wants to i thought it a good opportunity to get together and try a few friendly refresher WH games on the Saturday afternoon while I have free roam of the flat and large dining table ;)
